One AI resolution is one conversation closed by Resolvix with no human involvement. Messages within that same conversation don't count separately, and escalated conversations aren't billed as resolutions.
No, the monthly allowance resets each billing cycle. If you regularly have quiet and busy months, AI Credits let you smooth that out without needing to upgrade tiers.
We never cut off support mid-month. You'll get a notification as you approach your limit, and any overage is billed as AI Credits at a transparent per-resolution rate, or you can upgrade plans anytime.
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There's no penalty either way.
Starter and Growth have no setup fee — most teams self-serve onboarding in about 15 minutes. Premium Onboarding ($2,500 one-time) is optional, for teams who want our team to configure things directly.
